✅ Description:
Maxiflox contains Moxifloxacin, a 4th-generation broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone. It is effective against Gram-positive, Gram-negative, anaerobic, and atypical bacteria, including Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
Its antibacterial effect comes from inhibiting topoisomerase II (DNA gyrase) and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, and repair.
Dosage & Administration
