✔️ Avoid combining Verquv 5 with:

• Other sGC stimulators (e.g., riociguat)
• PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil)
• Nitrates (isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin)
• Always inform your doctor about prescription, OTC, or herbal medicines you are taking.

✔️ Dosage & Administration

Adults: Take Verquv 5Tablet once daily with food, at the same time each day.

Swallow whole with water. If swallowing is difficult, the tablet may be crushed and mixed with water—consume immediately.

Do not stop taking without consulting your doctor.

Dosage is determined individually by the physician based on age, weight, and disease severity.

✔️ Side Effects

1. Low blood pressure (hypotension)
2. Low red blood cell count (anaemia) → pale skin, weakness, breathlessness
3. Dizziness, headache
4. Nausea, vomiting
5. Indigestion, heartburn

✔️ Managing Side Effects:

• Dizziness: Stay hydrated, avoid sudden movements, and rise slowly from sitting/lying positions.
• Headache: Maintain good hydration, regular sleep, stress management, and use cold/warm compresses.
• Indigestion: Avoid spicy/fatty foods, eat slowly, and stay active.
• Nausea/Vomiting: Take small sips of clear fluids, eat light meals, and rest with head elevated.

✔️ Storage:

• Pregnancy: Contraindicated. Women must use effective contraception during treatment and for 1 month after the last dose.
• Breastfeeding: Not recommended (uncertain if passes into breast milk).
• Driving/Machinery: Avoid if experiencing dizziness or low blood pressure.
• Kidney/Liver Disease: Use cautiously in severe impairment or dialysis patients.
• Elderly (65+): Use with medical supervision.
• Children (<18 years): Not recommended (safety not established).
• Allergy: Avoid if allergic to Vericiguat or excipients.
