Adults and adolescents (≥16 years):

Wet the hair thoroughly.
Apply approximately 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of shampoo to the scalp.
For longer hair, up to 10 ml (2 teaspoons) may be used.

Massage gently to form a lather and leave the shampoo on the scalp for 3 minutes (a timer may help ensure adequate contact time).
