- Adults & children (6+ years): 600 mg (1 tablet) daily, preferably in the evening.
- Acute conditions: Treatment lasts 5-10 days.
- Chronic conditions: Can be continued for several months as prescribed.
- Instructions: Dissolve the tablet in a small amount of water, stir if necessary, and drink.

⚠Reduces efficacy of certain antibiotics (ampicillin, tetracycline, macrolides, cephalosporins, aminoglycosides, amphotericin). Administer 2 hours apart.
Enhances the effects of nitroglycerin, increasing vasodilation and platelet inhibition.

- Allergy to Acetylcysteine.
- Phenylketonuria (contains aspartame).

Rare but possible:
- Severe immune reactions (e.g., anaphylactic shock, severe skin reactions).
- Common side effects: Headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, bronchospasm, dizziness, low blood pressure, diarrhea, urticaria, and tinnitus (ringing in ears).
