Adults & Adolescents (≥12 years):

Inhaler: 2 puffs of 25 µg Salmeterol + 50/125/250 µg Fluticasone Propionate twice daily

Inhalation capsule: 50 µg Salmeterol + 100/250 µg Fluticasone twice daily; max 50/500 µg twice daily

Children (4–11 years):

2 puffs of 25 µg Salmeterol + 50 µg Fluticasone twice daily

Inhalation capsule: 50 µg Salmeterol + 100 µg Fluticasone twice daily

COPD (Adults):

50 µg Salmeterol + 250 µg Fluticasone twice daily

Important:

Use inhaler daily, even when asymptomatic

Rinse mouth after each use to prevent oral thrush

Tremor, headache, palpitations, throat irritation, hoarseness, oral thrush

Rare/Serious:

Cardiac arrhythmias, paradoxical bronchospasm, hypersensitivity reactions, muscle cramps
