✔️ Pharmacology
Isopropyl Alcohol is an isomer of propyl alcohol with antibacterial properties. While the exact mechanism is not known, it may kill cells by denaturing cell proteins and DNA, interfering with cellular metabolism, and dissolving cell membranes. Glycerol is used as a humectant, and hydrogen peroxide inactivates contaminating bacterial spores.
✔️ Dosage & Administration:
Apply the product to the palm of one hand, rub hands together, and rub the product over all surfaces of hands and fingers until dry. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is recommended if soap and water are not available.
✔️ Side Effects:
Inhaling large amounts can cause nausea, vomiting, irritation, and difficulty breathing. Topical application may cause burning, stinging, or a cold feeling.
✔️ Contraindications:
Isopropyl Alcohol is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity.
✔️ Precautions & Warnings:
Isopropyl Alcohol is highly flammable. Protective clothing, gloves, and goggles should be worn when handling. It should be kept away from heat, sparks, flames, and other ignition sources. Storage in a flammable safety cabinet is recommended.

Store in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place, protected from light, and in a well-ventilated area. Keep away from heat, sparks, flames, and strong oxidizers. Keep out of reach of children.
