✔️ How should I take Solone Oral Solution?
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Dissolve the solution in a glass of water before taking
- Take it at the same time(s) each day for best results
- Take with food to avoid an upset stomach
- Do not stop suddenly; your doctor will guide a gradual dose reduction
Adult doses (typical):
- Allergic and inflammatory disorders: 5–60 mg/day (divided doses)
- Asthma: 40–60 mg/day short course until symptoms improve
- Rheumatoid arthritis: 5–7.5 mg/day (adjust as needed)
Child doses (typical):
- Inflammation: 0.1–2 mg/kg/day
- Acute asthma: 1–2 mg/kg/day
- Nephrotic syndrome: 2 mg/kg/day initially, then tapered to maintenance doses
