Glimepiride + Metformin is a combination of two antidiabetic medications: Glimepiride (a sulfonylurea) and Metformin (a biguanide). • Metformin: Gastrointestinal symptoms, metallic taste, vitamin B12 absorption decrease, lactic acidosis (rare), and various other effects.
