It has also been found that Icterene exerts good results in the jaundice of new born. Apart from its action on hepatic cells and biliary passage, Icterene improves the hepatic functions. Quantity of the ingredients declared, is calculated on the basis of actual quantity of ingredients used in formula.
2 tablets three times a day for three days are enough to bring about therapeutic result.
In severe cases 8 tablets in 24 hours may be given in divided doses without any harm.
