Sildenafil Citrate 50 MG Tablet has Sildenafil which works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the penis and increasing blood flow. This helps the penis to harden and leads to an erection.

Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration of

You can adjust the dose based on your penile response but don't exceed 100 mg within a 24-hour period. If you're elderly (>65 years), start with 25 mg. If you have a hepatic impairment, begin with 25 mg. For pulmonary arterial hypertension, take 20 mg three times daily, with doses spaced 4-6 hours apart.

For those with renal impairment (CrCl <30 ml/min), start with 25 mg.
