How to take Acmegra 25mg Tablet?

• Take Sildenafil Citrate 50 MG Tablet with or without food, but if you've had a heavy meal, it might take longer to take effect. Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet. Avoid using it more than once a day.

For Renal Impairment:

• If the creatinine clearance (CrCl) is less than 30 ml/min, the recommended initial dosage of Sildenafil is 25 mg. This lower dose is advised due to the reduced kidney function and the need to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the medication.
